Return Policy

Because we believe that what we sell you is quality, we back our products.

If any item you have purchased from us does not meet the quality standards you have come to expect from our brand because it has a manufacturer defect, it will of course be our pleasure to replace it!

For us to be able to do so, please return your unworn merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a new one.

Also, please note that:

  • Items with defects or damage caused by the customer error are non-refundable!

  • We will not accept returns on USED items or NEW items that have marks, stains or odors
    (perfume, smoke, etc).

  • We cannot accept any returns on garments that cover an intimate area.

  • We will go 50/50 with you on the shipping of returned items. You return the item to us at your cost but we will ship the new one free of charge.

For the same reasons mentioned above, FS Online does not store credit card information. Transactions are managed using the highest level of protection available: Secure Sockets Layer (SSL 128-bit) encryption.
EMAIL / NEWSLETTER

We will send you updates about your pending orders. Newsletters are send every two weeks or so, only to those who have subscribed to it, as we do not believe in sending stuff to people who don't want it ;)
